User Responsibilities

For Religious Leaders and Guides:

• Maintain appropriate religious credentials and qualifications
• Provide accurate information about travel packages and services
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian visa and travel requirements
• Conduct all activities in accordance with Islamic principles
• Provide proper guidance and support to travelers throughout the journey

For Travelers:

• Provide accurate personal information and travel documentation
• Comply with all visa requirements and travel regulations
• Respect Islamic customs and practices throughout the journey
• Follow the guidance and instructions of assigned religious leaders
• Make payments according to agreed terms and schedules

Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through our verified payment partners. Payment terms and refund policies may vary by package and are clearly outlined during the booking process.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Any activities that contradict Islamic principles and values
